The Dive Sharm company is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. The Dive Sharm Company will not disclose any information about any individual without the individual's consent, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process. Also “We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (Spam)."

In order for us to process your online bookings, we receive and store information you enter on our Website. This is collected when you register, place an order or use our customer service and feedback links to communicate with us. The personal information collected from you at this site is or may be used for sales purposes, delivery purposes, for billing purposes, to maintain your account, to notify you about other products or services or promotions. Our site sometimes uses "cookies," which allows us to obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses our website. This enables our systems to recognize your browser and to provide us with information on how the web site is used and navigated. It does not personally identify individual users.

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD INFORMATION:

If you choose to pay with Credit Card online over the internet, we use what is known as Paypal Payments Pro. Then the SSL encrypts information the data between you and the server and makes it unreadable to third parties trying to intercept the information. We DO NOT store customers credit card or bank details under any circumstances. All credit card payments are made by third party SSL/128 bit encryption.

CONDITIONS OF USE:

PRICING:

The prices as shown on this site are considered competitive and current but we reserve the right to vary or change prices at any time without notification. Any order placed is subject to availability, and Dive Sharm reserves the right to accept or reject any order at any time.

PARTNERS:

Dive Sharm company supply Sinai Divers with people wishing to dive at a lower rate than is available by booking directly with the diving centers in Egypt, Dive Sharm company operates ONLY as a travel agent to supply Sinai Divers with customers who wish to dive with fully qualified staff.

INSURANCE:

All scuba divers dive at their own risk and mush have adequate Insurance which covers them for Scuba Diving. Evidence of this must be shown to Sinai Divers on arrival and before any dives takes place. Dive Sharm operates ONLY as an agent to supply Sinai Divers with customers.

CANCELLATIONS:

Certain dives and or trips may have to be cancelled due to unforseen weather conditions etc, in these cases you will get a full refund or offered alternative dive dates where necessary . Any cancellations made by yourself will result in a loss of 20% of the total booking and any cancellations made within 4 weeks of the diving dates will result in no refund. All diving packages must be used up during your holiday in Sharm or Dahab and within 4 weeks as any dives left over will not be carried forward.

COOLING OFF PERIOD:

All our customers can be confident that you will have a hassle-free online shopping experience with Dive Sharm, as we adhere to all relevant UK and EU laws including further benifits. These include a full 14 day "cooling off" period where we will refund you 100% of your money less the credit card fee for payment. The cooling off period only applies to bookings made 6 weeks or more prior to your diving dates due to reason above.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENTS POLICY:

Payment for Scuba diving packages must be made in advance of you travelling to Egypt in order to take advantage of our discounted rates, the reason for this is that we provide a service only which requires booking diving guides, instructors as well as drivers for Jeeps and Captains for dive boats etc, therefore these rates are not available if you decide to go direct to the diving centers in Sharm El Sheikh. The discounted prices on this website are only for prebooked diving packages and courses. The prices in both Sharm El Sheikh and Dahab are in two catagories. Local rates are the prices if you walk in to the diving center and the prebooked online prices are on the price list pages.

Dive Sharm operate as a travel agency ONLY for divers and therefore we will not be held responsible for your safety, we also do not except any liability for divers lost or stolen property.
