Departure time and return time at Jetty depends on dive sites chosen. Guests should be in the diving center 15 minutes prior to departure.

If your last dive has been some month ago or only a few dives are logged, a check dive for your own safety is highly recommended. The check-dive supplement is 10 Euro (plus 1 dive of the package).

Compulsory before going to Ras Mohammed or Tiran is at least one local days diving (meaning all sites between Ras Mohammed and Tiran).

Dives of a package can be spread throughout the stay. Dives over package are calculated according to package price. Night dives on the boat can be arranged with guide (minimum 6 pax). Unguided night dives from Naama Bay (shore dive) are possible daily, minimum 2 divers. The divers have to be experienced (experienced will be determined by one of our guides, which means prior to unguided night dives a dive with one of our guides is required).

The depth limit in the Red Sea is 30 meters for recreational diving with air.

Equipment will be charged per half or full day. If renting full equipment and diving with Dive Sharm, package price (EUR 25.00) is applied. The gear can be stored on board our boats over night or locked in the equipment room at the dive center. Valuables (i.e. computer, cameras) should be taken off the boat.

Existing groups usually remain with the same dive guide on the same boat. The dive guide is in charge for the daily schedule, taking in consideration our customers requests and weather conditions.

After having a break of one or more days, a change of boat might be necessary. Please contact the counter the day before you wish to continue diving to secure your diving place. Please request all the information regarding name of boat, guide and departure time.

Snorkellers can join the boat trips EUR 30.00 per day/person (incl. lunch and drinks).

Please note that on all local prices for equipment rental 10 % sales tax will be added.

Lunch is available on all boats. The price is LE 50.00 (app. EUR 6.00) to be paid directly to

the crew.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: To dive Ras Mohammed National Park a FULL EGYPTIAN VISA is required. You can obtain this visa in the arrival hall of the airport. Price is approx. EUR 15.00 (as of February 2006) and can be paid in USD or EUR currency
